Gambaran Indikasi Persalinan Dengan Sectio CaesareaDi RSKIA Ummi Khasanah Tahun 2022 Dan 2023

Background: Labor Caesarean section is a surgical procedure, performed to remove the fetus from the mother's abdomen by making an incision on the abdominal wall and on the uterine wall.
Objective: To find out the indications for labor with caesarean section at the Ummi Khasanah Special Hospital for Mothers and Children in 2022 and 2023.
Method: This type of research is descriptive quantitative approach. The research used secondary data, obtained from the birth registration book.
Result: The highest number of absolute indications ((fetal indication) (28.0%)(2022)), (placental factor (31.6%)(2023)), the highest number of relative indications ((history of SC delivery) (94.9 %)(2022)), (history of SC delivery (94.74%)(2023)), (social indications 100% (2022 and 2023)), (elective indications (breech presentation) (58.1%)(2022 )), (cephalopelvic disproportion (65.2%)(2023)), (emergency indication (failed induction) (78.4%)(2022)), (failed induction (85.7%) (2023)), (other indications are oligohydramnios (62.5%)(2022) and oligohydramnios (66.7%.)(2023)).
Conclusion: The highest indication in 2022 is 37 people (94.9%) with a history of childbirth caesarean section, and in 2023 as many as 24 people (85.7%) have indications of failed induction.
