Background: A person's sleep quality is said to be good if they do not show signs of sleep deprivation and do not experience problems or disturbances when someone is sleeping.
Objective: This study aims to determine factors related to sleep quality in third trimester pregnant women.
Method: This research using descriptive with a cross sectional approach. The sample for this study was 30 third trimester pregnant women collected using total sampling. The analysis used is Univariate analysis..
Result: The results of this research show that sleep quality factor with fresh air environment is 50%, cigarette smoke disturbance is 53.3%, sleep disturbance is 90%. The lifestyle of walking in the morning is 56.7%, pregnancy exercise is 60%. Sleep patterns: 36.7% had difficulty sleeping at gestational age >28 mg, 80% slept <7 hours, 56.7% had uncomfortable positions, 90% woke up at night. Excessive physical activity fatigue was 96.7%, fatigue was 53.3%. Anxiety uk 28 – 40 mg was 60%, fear of giving birth was 16.7%. Heavy food after 20.00 was 83.3%, spicy food was 16.7%.
Conclusion: It was found that the sleep quality factor with the sleep disturbance environment was (90%), the sleep quality factor with the pregnancy exercise lifestyle was (60%), the sleeping pattern of waking up at night was (90%), the fatigue from excessive activity was (96.7%) , Anxiety gestational age 28 – 40 mg as much as (60%), Heavy meals after 20.00 as much as (83.3%).
