Clinical Information SystemAbstract
Background: The development of mobile technology in the industrial era 4.0 which continues to rapidly penetrate
all areas of life, raises awareness of the need for the implementation of this technology in the health sector for
both service, clinical and management needs. Laras Hati Clinic is a Primary Clinic which still uses manual
methods in its services. To support services at the Laras Hati Clinic, a Clinical Information System Application is
needed that can help manage patient data. The application is used as a means for registering patients to
calculating fees charged to patients. On the other hand, the use of mobile phones in the fields of education, business
and health is also increasingly widespread and easy. Therefore it is necessary to develop a mobile-based Clinical
Information System. System development will be carried out using the Waterfall method, where this method
includes the stages of analysis, design, program coding and implementation.
Purpose: The design made aims to produce a mobile-based clinical information system interface design to suit the
needs of the Laras Hati Clinic, as well as produce an interface that guarantees complete data content.
Method: In conducting system requirements analysis in designing this interface, the data collection techniques
used are observation, interviews and literature study by reading literature that has themes related to interface
design such as books and journals,
Results: Mobile-based clinical information system interface design created to produce flow charts, use case
diagrams, wireframes, prototypes and interfaces. The resulting interface design has been able to guarantee the
completeness and completeness of the data entered in the system.
Conclusion: The results of the design consist of: (1) old patient interface, (2) registrar interface, (3) nurse
interface, (4) doctor interface, (5) laboratory interface, (6) pharmacy/cashier interface. The clinical information
system design is expected to be developed into an actual application by programming and database design.
