Children with normal growth and development create a healthy and intelligent generation. The reality in society is that there are still parents who don't understand how to raise children so that children can grow and develop according to their age. The role of the family and the skills of the mother in recognizing delays in the child's development process are very important, therefore the child can be given stimulation as early as possible. Knowledge about physical and mental development and sexual education related to the prevention of sexual violence against children is very important. The method of counseling activities (conference) conducted by three speakers, media in the form of visual and audiovisual materials as well as educational games. Services are also carried out by implementing health protocols. The target of this service activity is mothers who have toddlers in the Timbulharjo Village, Sewon, Bantul, Yogyakarta. In this activity, the participants who attended were 26 mothers and 26 toddlers as well as women cadres from the village of Timbulharjo. The implementation of the activity was carried out in the area of the District of Pacar, Timbulharjo Village, Bantul Regency. The participants in the service activities were very enthusiastic and able to understand the material as evidenced by the many questions asked and when asked again they were able to answer correctly. Educational games can be played properly and parents understand and are willing to facilitate the stimulation of their child's growth and development. Parents responded to the material by sharing experiences and consulting regarding their child's emotional and sexual development. Parents were greatly helped by the explanations of the informants regarding the questions they asked. This activity is very beneficial for the community to realize the golden generation.
