Analisis Proses Pembuatan Surat Eligibilitas Peserta BPJS Dan Pelaksanaan Pengawasannya Di Rumah Sakit Nur Hidayah

Abstract

Background: BPJS claim verification activities at Nur Hidayah Hospital still have problems, supervision is
carried out to minimize these obstacles.
Objective: Analyzing the process of making SEP and knowing the implementation of its supervision.
Method: Qualitative descriptive research, data collection by observation, interviews, validation (source and
technique triangulation).
Result: The constraints for making SEP were analyzed with 6M+1i: (1) man, the clerk entered the wrong date
in SEP and the service date was different, and there was a long queue for printing SEP; (2) the machine,
specifically for hemodialysis services, there is a problem in the bridging system. Supervision of the making of
SEP is carried out by the head of the medical record unit and the casemix section.
Conclusion: Analysis of the process of making BPJS SEP with constraints on man and machine. Supervision is
carried out by the head of the RM.
