Rancang Bangun Sistem Informasi Pendaftaran Rawat Jalan Berbasis Web di Klinik Laras Hati

Abstract

Background: Laras Hati Clinic, is a health care facility located in Sewon Bantul. The process of registering
patients at the Laras Hati Clinic used a manual register book, then inputs it into Microsoft Excel. The system
is less efficient and can cause human errors such as errors in writing data, and it is difficult to know the last
time the patient was treated. This system is designed to facilitate the search for registration information data
effectively and accurately. Because of that Laras Hati clinic need Information system registration.
Objective: The goal of this research is to makes things easier to search for effective data information and
continuous.This problem can be overcome by building a web-based patient registration information system.
Methods: This system is designed using the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) method with a systems
approach,namely the waterfall approach.
Results: There was a system failure during the test, but some of the system can already be used.
Conclusion: The system design can be used but still needs to be improved and developed again.
