Background: SISRUTE is a web-based application for referring patients. TAM is a model of acceptance of
information technology systems that will be used by users to measure external factors. RSKIA Ummi Khasanah
has implemented SISRUTE in referring. During the implementation of the SISRUTE application at RSKIA
Ummi Khasanah, an evaluation has never been carried out regarding the perceptions of users of the SISRUTE
application.
Purpose: Evaluate user experience in using the SISRUTE application at RSKIA Ummi Khasanah.
Method: The research used is descriptive qualitative.
Results: 1) Perception of usability: the SISRUTE application helps, simplifies, is useful in supporting the
performance of officers in the process of referring patients, but is constrained by the lack of a quick response
from the designated hospital. 2) Perceived ease of use: easy to use but feels less effective and efficient because
of the many items that must be filled in. 3) Attitude towards use: uncomfortable when making referrals because
they feel less effective and efficient, officers also have to wait for a response from the hospital where they refer,
which sometimes takes a long time. 4) The desire to use: the desire to use the SISRUTE application is still low.
5) Actual System Use: officers are satisfied in terms of technology and reporting systematics, officers feel
unsatisfied because it is not effective and efficient.
Conclusion: The user's perception of the SISRUTE application from the aspect of usefulness is felt to be useful,
the aspect of convenience is felt to be easy, the aspect of attitude is felt to be uncomfortable, the aspect of desire
is still low, and the actual aspect is that the user feels unsatisfied.
