Abstract

Background: Based on the results of a preliminary study with one of the officers at the Laras Hati Clinic, it was
found that the number of officers who worked on the medical recorder task was 8 people (1 medical record
graduate and 7 other medical personnel, namely nurses and midwives) with the division of tasks in 1 day the
medical recorder task was carried out. 2 persons.
Objective: This study aims to analyze the workload of officers working on medical recorders at the Laras Hati
Clinic using the ABK method
Method: This type of research is observational with an analytical descriptive approach. Methods of data
collection by observation and interviews.
Result: The standard workload for patient registration is 19946.2366 minutes, the workload for receiving
medical records is 327352,941 minutes, and the workload for managing medical records is 18500 minutes, the
allowance standard is 0.01, and the need for medical record personnel in 2 people registration and 2 people
submission section
Conclusion: The working time available at the Laras Hati Clinic is 6.2 hours/day or 37.5 hours/week. This is in
accordance with Presidential Decree No. 68/1995, which has determined the working hours of government
agencies to be 37 hours and 30 minutes per week. The workload component at Clinic on average in 1 day is 925
minutes, in 1 month 22,410 minutes, and 261,230 minutes per year. The number of HRK needed by Laras Hati
Clinic is 4 medical record officers.
