Penelitian Kualitatif Pencatatan Dan Pelaporan Posyandu Balita Matahari

Abstract

Posyandu is a form of Community-Based Health Effort that is managed and administered from, by, for and with
the community in implementing health development, for the community and providing convenience to the
community in obtaining basic health services to accelerate the reduction of maternal and infant mortality.
Posyandu implementation requires the role of the community, especially posyandu cadres. The success of
recording and reporting in posyandu activities is inseparable from the role of cadres. The research objective is
to analyze the recording and reporting of the Matahari Posyandu. Qualitative descriptive type with content
analysis approach. Data collection techniques using in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation
studies. The research sample is posyandu cadres who record and report at Matahari Posyandu. The results of
the research obtained by the Posyandu Information System at the Matahari Posyandu are in accordance with
the Posyandu Implementation Guidelines, recording at the Matahari Posyandu is done manually during
Posyandu activities by cadres, reporting on Posyandu activities is done by the head of the Posyandu because
other cadres feel unable to work because they have never attended training, difficulty recording and reporting is
a book that must be filled in, not all cadres want to write posyandu reports because they have to analyze the
results of Posyandu activities.
