Sexually transmitted infections (STIs) remain a major reproductive health problem because many infections among women are mild or asymptomatic, while stigma often delays consultation and screening. This community service program aimed to improve reproductive health literacy, STI prevention readiness, and understanding of confidential screening/referral pathways among women of reproductive age. The activity used a community empowerment approach in the working area of Puskesmas Pasean, Pamekasan Regency, East Java. The face-to-face activity was conducted for one day through three participatory sessions (60-90 minutes each), followed by seven days of digital reinforcement through WhatsApp. Thirty women of reproductive age recruited through PKK/Posyandu cadres participated. The methods included interactive lectures, case discussions, myth-fact clarification, educational games, couple/family communication role play, printed IEC media, and short educational videos. Evaluation used knowledge pretest-posttest scores, participant reflection, and satisfaction feedback. The mean knowledge score increased from 56 to 82, equal to a 26-point or 46.4% improvement, exceeding the 20% program target. Participants also showed better ability to explain STI warning signs, prevention messages, and safe service pathways. The novelty of this program lies in combining participatory education, confidential referral pathway clarification, role play, cadre involvement, and WhatsApp reinforcement. Structured reproductive health education can strengthen STI prevention readiness among women of reproductive age at the community level.
